Who We Are
IDEEO AFRICA is a strategic consulting and business facilitation firm based in Cotonou, Benin, with a focus on West African markets.
We partner with businesses, investors and project owners to navigate business challenges, identify opportunities and develop practical solutions. Our approach combines strategic analysis, market understanding, institutional engagement and hands-on operational support.
From initial project scoping to implementation, we work alongside our partners to translate ambitious ideas into structured, realistic and impactful initiatives.

IDEEO AFRICA was incorporated in Cotonou as a SARL in October 2024. It builds on consulting experience previously developed under the IDEE.O Consulting name.

Electric Mobility Market Exploration — Benin
An exploratory market assessment supporting the evaluation of electric three-wheeler mobility opportunities in Benin. The assignment combined stakeholder engagement, institutional meetings, field exploration in Cotonou and Parakou, and strategic recommendations for a potential pilot deployment. The mission report records 13 institutional and business meetings.
International Data Protection Day — Benin
Organisation and coordination support for activities marking International Data Protection Day in Cotonou, contributing to stakeholder engagement around personal data protection.

Olafemiwa Okanla is a strategic advisor and business development professional with more than 20 years of multidisciplinary experience across West Africa and France.
Her career spans institutional communications, stakeholder engagement, business strategy, partnerships and project development. Having worked with public institutions, private organisations and international stakeholders, she brings a cross-sector perspective and a strong understanding of local business environments.
Her approach combines strategic thinking, meaningful connections and practical execution.
